About the Fellowship

The Fellowship is an opportunity for exceptional college students to pursue their own curiosities, develop conviction in their ideas, with support from the people and collective resources of Thrive. In addition to exploring their own projects, we want fellows to have the opportunity to contribute to the firm by challenging our assumptions, supporting our portfolio, and expanding our understanding of the world and the opportunities ahead. We hope fellows will learn from us, and we from them, as they begin their own professional journeys.

This is not a traditional investment internship and we do not want to put limits around how fellows spend their time. Some of the following examples are based on past experiences and offer a sense of the projects one could explore at Thrive.
